Welcome to Laurel Creek Manor
Country Estate & Gardens :: Elegant Special Events
Laurel Creek Manor was established by Laurel Cabodi in 2004. A dream for a beautiful location for her son to be married turned into a reality when they found a gorgeous old home sitting amongst fields of daffodils. With lots of hard work and an eye for romance - Laurel and Al Cabodi set out to remodel the 1917 estate. The heart of the Cabodi Family is reflected in Laurel Creek Manor with an attention to detail and a splash of Italian Heritage. The charm of the old estate is mixed with gorgeous new features to create a venue above the rest. Laurel Creek Manor is now host to fabulous weddings and events year round. With a family owned and operated business you will find that each client is our most important. Laurel and Al's daughter Kirsten will shower you with helpful guidance and you will love hosting your event at Laurel Creek Manor.
We could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding; the day was everything
I had hoped for and more! Kirsten is just as amazing as the venue. If you’re looking to get married be sure to look at Laurel Creek, it will take your breath away.

From the moment I stepped foot in the venue I knew it was the one! thank you so much for helping me plan our special day- we would have never been able to plan it without you!

No matter how many events Kirsten and Al have hosted, they made us feel like ours was the most special! They take such pride in the venue and it’s contagious. We were so proud to show off Laurel Creek Manor to our guests; it was an unforgettable evening.

Meet Our Team
Laurel and Al’s daughter Kirsten helped to build the business from the start- working with Laurel for many years to make the venue what it is today! After graduating from Western Washington University with a business marketing degree, she jumped right in creating a website, helping with events, and more. As your Hostess, Kirsten spends her time at Laurel Creek Manor working with clients, keeping your emails answered quickly, managing weddings and events, hosting tours of the estate, planting and maintaining the gardens, and more! She and her husband Aaron were married at Laurel Creek Manor in 2012, live and play in Tacoma with their golden retriever Bailey, and are now expecting their first child this January! When you tour with us at Laurel Creek Manor, you will get to know Kirsten and the rest of the family as they welcome you to enjoy their little piece of magic.
Al Cabodi and his wife Laurel started this wonderful business in 2004. With Laurel’s background in event planning and interior design and Al’s years running a business, they created the most magical, well thought out venue! The family lost their beloved Laurel to ALS but continued this dream of hers, making her memory shine here at Laurel Creek Manor. After years of his second ‘full time job’ he has now retired to enjoy time with his wife Pam and his dogs Coco and Pippa. Al and Pam enjoy traveling, spending time with their grandchildren, and keeping up on projects at their new home! Al still loves spending days making Laurel Creek Manor more amazing, working at the wedding shows and popping in for office work, and is currently planning an exciting upgrade to the facility coming soon!
Kirsten’s husband Aaron has been a part of Laurel Creek Manor since they met 8 years ago! As a project manager and a craftsman, he fit right in and has spent endless hours maintaining the beauty of the 100 year old estate. On a typical ‘day at the office’ you’ll find Aaron crafting something new for the venue, meticulously maintaining the grounds, or working in the office keeping up the books. He and Kirsten run all aspects of the business and truly love working together, and working with all of their wonderful couples! When you visit Laurel Creek Manor you will most likely meet Aaron and his tag-along ‘farm dog’ Bailey. He and Kirsten spend their time off skiing and snowboarding, traveling, and are currently getting ready for their new little girl to arrive in January!
Angie has been a lead caterer with Act 3 Catering and has worked years of events with them at Laurel Creek Manor. She officially joined our Laurel Creek Manor family in 2016 as an event manager, and we are so happy she is with us! Angie’s expertise in the wedding industry, her warm and welcoming personality, and her skills in management have made her a favorite among our couples and guests during the weddings. She and Kirsten spend time working on all things “Laurel Creek” and love to keep things fresh and updated here at Laurel Creek Manor. You’ll see Angie working with clients on layout planning, managing weddings, hosting open houses, meeting new clients in our booth at the seattle wedding show and more! Angie and her Husband Joe, along with their children spend their time off going on adventures, hiking, and enjoying time with family at the lake!
