Included in your price is:
- Six hours of rental time (this includes set-up, event and clean-up. Early arrival and/or late departure will be charged at the rate of $75 per 1/2 hour and withheld from your damage deposit)
- One hour of rehearsal time – to be pre-arranged (Wedding times take precedence)
- Tables and Chairs
Setup Begins/Cleanup Ends:
- Friday – 5pm/11pm
- Saturday –5pm/11pm (this time period is flexible upon request)
- Sunday – 1pm/7pm (this time period is flexible upon request)
Additional hours may be added to your rental time for the following fee:
1 hour = $150; 2 = $300; 3 = $450; 4 = $500 Note: Large events (>125) may require extra time for caterer set-up and take-down - allow 1 1/2 hours for each.
