For weddings in 2012-2013
Rental Fee for Up To 150 Guest Count (includes wedding party):
Winter- $2500-$2900
- Spring/Fall- $3300-$3800
- Summer- $3800-$4450
Guest count:
- 151-200 Add $250
- 201-250 Add $500
- 251-300 Add $750
November through April - weddings are limited to 100 guests (including wedding party) unless tenting is rented to accommodate additional guests. Call to discuss tenting options and availability.
May through October - Laurel Creek Manor will provide a beautiful 30'x70' White Tent Set-up (includes: a Full White Fabric Liner; White Fabric Leg Drapes; Twinkle Lights and Elegant Chandeliers) on the South Terrace. The Reception Tent Fee = $750 (including WSST) for a Guest Count up to 100 and $1500 (including WSST) for a Guest Count over 100.
Rental Hours: 3pm-11pm any day of the week. This time period is flexible upon request but you must be offsite, at the latest, by 11pm.
*Additional Hours may be added to your rental time for $150/hour. We only host one event per day to give you the option of adding hours, or to adjust your rental window if you'd like an earlier event.
Included in your price is:
- Use of the entire 5000 sq ft Elegant Manor House on 5 Acres
- 8 hours of rental time (with the option to add hours)
- 1 hour of rehearsal time –scheduled on a weekday prior to your event (2pm, 3:30pm, 5pm)
- 1 hour venue time for planning layout, etc. with the help of Laurel or Kirsten if requested
- Onsite Venue Facilitator during your event
- Private Onsite Parking with Assistance for large functions
- White Resin Wedding Chairs for up to 250 people
- Round Dining Tables for up to 250 people (17- 48" rounds & 20- 60" rounds)
- 12 rectangular tables for gifts, bar, head table, etc.
- 4 wrought iron tables with 8 wrought iron chairs for the deck or terrace

Laurel Creek Manor is the Cabodi family business and we treat every wedding/reception as our most important. Not only is the Italian Heritage reflected in the Fountains, Columns and Chandeliers, but it is also evident in the assistance we provide to and relationships we build with our clients. At least one of the family will be present on site for all events and will assist you by:
- Providing you a Laurel Creek Planning Guide to assist in you in preparing for your special day
- Giving you input/assistance during a one hour site visit
- Supervising all vendor deliveries, set-ups and take-downs
- Answering Venue related questions and help clients observe rules/regulations
- Coordinating check-out at end of event.
